How It Works
Bath Ticket Marketplace connects individual buyers and sellers of tickets for University of Bath events.
Buying a ticket
Browse available tickets
Search and filter available tickets by event, venue or date on the homepage.
Check the details
Review the event name, venue, date and the total price including the buyer service fee before proceeding.
Pay securely through Stripe
Complete payment using a credit or debit card. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe and are not stored by Bath Ticket Marketplace.
Receive your ticket
Once payment is confirmed, your ticket is emailed to your registered address. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive promptly.
Keep your ticket private
Do not share the ticket QR code or barcode publicly. Present it only at the venue on the day of the event.
Selling a ticket
Sign in and connect Stripe
Create an account and complete Stripe seller onboarding through your dashboard. This is required before you can receive payouts.
Upload your ticket
Upload your ticket file (PDF, PNG or JPG) and enter accurate event details including the venue and date.
Choose your price
Enter the price you want to receive. A 5% seller service fee will be deducted from your proceeds.
Review and list
Check the breakdown showing your ticket price, what the buyer will pay, and what you will receive, then submit the listing.
Do not reuse the ticket
Once your ticket sells, you must not use, share or list it elsewhere. Doing so may result in account suspension and loss of your payout.
Receive your payout
Seller payouts are processed through Stripe, subject to standard Stripe processing times and compliance checks.
